MOCAP Releases RFP to the CAA Network for Shared Services and Peer to Peer Training

Muskegon-Oceana Community Action Partnership (MOCAP) has released an RFP for other CAAs for shared services and peer to peer training to assist MOCAP in rebuilding its community action agency operations and services for clients.
